Painter Michael Mazur is currently displaying his work in the reading rooms of the library.

Mazur has won many national and international awards and is well known for his excellence in depicting maritime scenes. His work is represented locally by Rogers Gallery in Mattapoisett and the China Trader's Antiques in Marion.

The exhibit, running simultaneously with a solo show in Gloucester this summer, will remain through the end of the month.
