The Gateway Youth Hockey Lady Jaguars traveled to Martha’s Vineyard, suffered a two game defeat, but not without a fight. The first game ended 5-0. In the second, Julia Elicier scored with an assist from Makayla Lorance during the first period. With the score 2-1 Caitlin Sweeney made multiple shots on goal. Julia Elicier scored her second goal of the game on a strategic penalty shot. The period ended 3-2. It wasn’t enough though and the girls fell 7-2 against Martha’s Vineyard.
