Girls stars in yoga class

ROCHESTER — On Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 4:30 p.m., Yogi Lisa will visit Plumb Library for the last class in her girl star-powered themed yoga class.
The session will include active yoga and mindfulness instruction, and a make and take project. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle to each session.
Space is limited to 8 girls.
