Give your closet a spring cleaning
Event has passed
To encourage spring cleaning and charitable giving, three eighth grade tri-town students will host a children’s clothing drive at Old Rochester Regional Junior High School on March 30.
From 9 a.m. to noon Caitlin Collier, Madeline Dugas, and Sam Williamson will be in the gymnasium to accept gently-used or like-new clothing.
The teens planned the clothing collection drive as Project 351 Ambassadors. Project 351 teaches the next generation of leaders through service learning, community-building, and values-based leadership training.
Clothing will be donated to Gifts to Give, a charitable agency that services local families in need.
