MATTAPOISETT — Lifting spirits for the Holy Week, the Mattapoisett Congregational Church invites the public to join in on a week of events at 27 Church Street in Mattapoisett.

Starting with Palm Sunday, April 13 at 10 a.m. — the congregation will be commemorating Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem. 

Maundy Thursday will be observed with scripture and hymns on April 17 at 7 p.m. to recognize the Last Supper.

Easter falls on Sunday, April 20 and will be celebrated with two services. One at 7 a.m. at the Shipyard Park along the waterfront, and a family service at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary at the Mattapoisett Congregational Church.
