Pinto Bella, a touring hula hoop teacher and performer, will teach folks in Rochester how to be SuperHoopers on Saturday, June 20 at 11 a.m. at Plumb Library, 17 Constitution Way.

Pinto will share information about hula hooping and how it benefits the body and mind, followed by a performance, lessons and group games.

With themed tricks and team building challenges, Pinto will help people uncover their SuperHooper Hero.
