ROCHESTER — The Rochester Historical Museum will host their monthly meeting on Sept. 17 at 7:00 p.m. 

The meeting will be held at Rochester Historical Museum at 355 County Rd. 

Speaking at the meeting will be Bruce Bassett, who after researching his ancestry was led to the Sons of the American Revolution and Rochester.

This will be the Rochester Historical Museum’s second meeting related to finding out more about the town’s Revolutionary veterans. 

Packets, containing lists of names, websites, and possible cemeteries, will be available at the meeting. 

After his talk, Bassett may be available to attendees to answer questions on how to search for ancestors.
