Marion Garden Group’s plant sale sprouts soon

MARION — Bicentennial Park will get a little greener for the Marion Garden Group’ plant sale Saturday, May 9.
From 9 a.m. to noon, shoppers can choose from a variety of perennials, herbs and shrubs grown in local gardens. There will also be a selection of houseplants and dahlia bulbs for sale.
Marion native Kitty DeGroot, of Buzzards Bay Bee Company, will join as a special guest.
All proceeds directly support the Marion Garden Group’s mission to beautify the town. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted at the sale.
