Marion Police celebrate the holidays with Santa, pancakes, and toy drive

Dec 10, 2012

On Saturday, the Marion Police Brotherhood held its first-ever pancakes and photos with Santa event.

The police served 120 breakfast meals to local families and donated 60 hot breakfast meals to the Kendrick House in Wareham. Coffee and donuts were donated by Dunkin Donuts of Marion.

The police also collected more than 100 unwrapped presents for the Toys for Tots toy drive, which will continue until December 13.

Those wishing to donate can drop off an unwrapped toy at the Police Station at 550 Mill Street in Marion.
