MARION — The Town has been selected to receive a Tree City Award from the National Arbor Day Foundation.  The Tree City Awards Ceremony honors municipalities that plant, maintain, and foster healthy trees and forests. Senator Marc Pacheco announced May 24 that Marion was one of 88 municipalities in Massachusetts that will be honored with a Tree City Award.

The 2019 Tree City Forum and Award Ceremony will be held in Old Sturbridge Village on Wednesday, May 29.
