Applications for the Mattapoisett Police Officers Association Scholarship are now being accepted. The association will award a $1,000 scholarship this year.

Applicants must be a high school senior, Mattapoisett resident or child of a parent who is a Mattapoisett police officer and accepted into a college or trade school.

The application deadline is April 10. Applications can be picked up at the guidance counselor office at Old Rochester or Old Colony. To obtain an application via email contact mpoainc@gmail.com.
