Jaun Ruiz Coj, 38 of New Bedford was arrested on Dec. 5 charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.

Todd Senesac, 31, of Rochester was arrested Dec. 6 charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
