A Friday evening concert
The Marion Concert Band’s next Friday evening concert on Friday, July 18 will feature American popular music from the 1890s to the present day.
The program will feature songs such as “Washington Post March” by J.P. Sousa, “Stevie Wonder in Concert” arranged by P. Murtha, “The Symphonic Gershwin” by G. Gershwin and more.
The program will begin at 7 p.m. at the Robert Broomhead Bandstand located at the Island Wharf off of Front Street in Marion.

Saturday, July 19
Silent auction, 50/50 raffle and craft fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
U Pick ‘Em Auction from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lions Club Grill and shortcake sale from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lobster fest from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, July 20
Pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
U Pick ‘Em Auction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
50/50 Raffle and Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lions Club Grill and shortcake sale from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Mattapoisett Democratic Town Committee is also holding a voter’s registration drive during Harbor Days outside the Town Wharf General Store.
All Harbor Days events are taking place at Shipyard Park in Mattapoisett.
