With the holidays approaching, Tri-Town residents should prepare themselves for closures at town buildings. Here is a rundown of all three towns’ holiday schedules.

Marion
Town offices will close at noon on Thursday, Dec. 23 and 30. will be closed all day on Friday, Dec. 24 and 31.

The transfer station will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. It will reopen on Monday, Dec. 27 and Jan. 3 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will be open regular hours on Wednesday, Dec. 29 and Jan. 5.

There will be no changes to curbside garbage collection due to Christmas or New Year’s. For questions about garbage collection or the transfer station, call the Department of Public Works at 508-748-3540.

Mattapoisett
Mattapoisett Town Hall and Council on Aging will close at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday Dec. 23 and Dec. 30. It will be closed all day on Dec. 24, 25 and 31 as well as Jan. 1.

The transfer station will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Mattapoisett Free Public Library will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 31 and from 1 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.

Rochester
Rochester Town Hall and the Town Hall Annex buildings will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23 and 30. It will be closed all day on Friday, Dec. 24 and 31.
