As part of the summer program, there is something to do everyday at Plumb Library.

With the Fun and Games Fridays, Vinny from "Toe Jam Puppet Band" will showcase his new fun gig on July 10 from 2 to 4 p.m. Known as "Vinny the Bubble Guy," he has created giant bubble wands and provides roaming entertainment for events.

He will perform at the library, 17 Constitution Way, in a free event for kids of all ages.

Vinny will create giant bubbles that kids can chase and pop.
