Bundle up and get into the weeds with Mattapoisett Land Trust as they host a winter tree ID walk on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. at the Brandt Island Cove trail system Walega-Livingstone Preserve. The walk will begin at the Anchorage Way entrance at 24 Tara Road. 

Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust’s land manager and certified tree hugger Linda Vanderveen will guide attendees through an idyllic winter hike, informing participants of the native trees of  the region.
