Notice is hereby given that the following vehicle is considered abandoned pursuant to M.G.L. c. 90, § 22C and/or M.G.L. c. 255, § 25: 2004 Cadillac Escalade/ VIN # 3GYFK66N24G204451 / Location Stored: 149 Wareham Road Marion, MA 02738. The owner of this vehicle, Shantel Moniz, is hereby notified to pay all reasonable storage, towing, and notice costs and remove said vehicle within 14 days of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being considered abandoned, which may result in a sale at public auction or disposal.
