First Congregational Church of Rochester Holy Week events

The First Congregational Church of Rochester invites the public to come worship, especially during Holy Week.

The church will hold its Palm Sunday service on March 20 at 10:30 a.m. This service will also have special music from the choir. The cantata is called "Amazing Grace!" and presents the hope for Easter through music.

The Tenebrae service will be on Thursday, March 24 at 7 p.m. This service includes communion, scripture reading and the gradual extinguishing of candles lighting the sanctuary.

Sunday, March 27th is Easter. The sunrise service, held out on the church green, will be at 7 a.m. with an Easter breakfast to follow. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 9 a.m., followed by the regular Easter Sunday service at 9:30 a.m.

Adult breakfast tickets are $8, while children under 12 cost $5, and children under 4 are free.
