Stephen Lynch, an agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial, has closed the sale of a 32-lot subdivision located on Shag Bay Circle in Mattapoisett’s The Bay Club.

Lynch represented both sides of the transaction. The buyer was Torwin Development LLC and the seller was McIntire Properties LLC. The lots sold for $3,360,000.

The lots will be used for single family homes, with the average home sale projected in the mid-$800,000 range. Ten of the homes will be on the tenth fairway of The Bay Club.

The Bay Club encompasses 625 acres including 300 acres of adjacent conservation land. The country club and golf course occupy 200 acres, while six residential villages of 180+ home-sites and 200 acres of deed-restricted open space comprise the balance. Underground utilities include town water and sewer, electricity and natural gas, plus fiber-optic cable for telephone, cable and high-speed internet access.

The Bay Club’s gated, secure environment and HOA combine to ensure continued high standards and pleasant living for the entire community. Additionally, there is access to recreation, dining and activities.
