Friday, July 23
Take a hike
The Mattapoisett Free Public Library will host a bingo hike at 10 a.m. at Grace Pond Preserve with the Mattapoisett Land Trust. Complete the library’s nature bingo game while hiking and receive a small prize from the library. Register at mattapoisettlibrary.org.

Take the mic
The Mattapoisett Museum will host an open mic night from 6 to 8 p.m. This open mic is open to the public, is “radically inclusive,” and is not restricted by age or performance genre.

Participants can sing a song, play a tune, recite a poem, do an interpretive dance, put on a dramatic short, do a magic trick, tell a story, or put on any other number of artistic performances.

Saturday, July 24
See music from Land’s End
See Diane Walsh on piano, Ariadne Daskalakis on violin, Sebastian Gottschick on viola and Paige Riggs on cello when Music from Land’s End plays the Marion Music Hall at 5:30 and 8 p.m.

The group will perform Mozart’s Quartet in E-flat and Brahms’ Quartet in A.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, each 50-minute concert will have spaced seating and limited capacity. To make an advanced reservation, email asmith@nbsymphony.org or call 508-999-6276, ext. 222. Entrance to the concerts is by donation at the door.

Monday, July 26
Send your tike on a bike tour
Children ages 8-12 are invited to join Greta Agnew at 4:30 p.m. for a kid's tour of Marion's most interesting and historic sites and buildings, hosted by the Sippican Historical Society.

Eight-year-old Greta designed the tour with her grandmother Meg Steinberg and her mother Julia Agnew to give other children a kid's perspective on the history of Marion.

Participation is limited to 8 children and bicycles are required. Those interested can contact info@sippicanhistoricalsociety.org for more information.
