The Southcoast Visiting Nurse Association will offer free vascular and health screenings at the Rochester Council on Aging on September 21.

The clinic will run from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

Community clinics include health screenings for blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen levels and blood sugar conducted by Southcoast VNA nurses. Community clinics will also feature an educational component to address medication monitoring, chronic disease management, nutrition and home safety.
