MATTAPOISETT — The winter holidays arrive at Mattapoisett’s Shipyard Park on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 3 to 5 p.m.

The event will feature the annual tree lighting and family crafts and activities. Sample food from local restaurants will also be available. 

Some special guests — Santa and Ms. Claus, Rudolph, Frosty and elves — will be at Shipyard Park. There will also be performances by the Old Rochester Regional Junior High School band and the Showstoppers.
