Clubs, content and author reading coming to the Elizabeth Taber Library
MARION — The Elizabeth Taber Library is hosting a variety of events this April for patrons of all ages.
Table of Contents. Tickets are now available for the Tables of Content annual fundraising event to benefit the Elizabeth Taber Library.
On June 7 th from 5 to 8 p.m. join us to enjoy cocktails and dinner waterfront at Tabor Academy with optional book discussion during dessert.

Readers Advisory Group. On Wednesday, April 22 at 11 a.m. the Readers Advisory Group will meet for the first time to discuss new reads and popular titles.
Fiber Arts Club. Friday Fiber Arts Club will continue to meet weekly on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. The club is open to all and welcoming to new members.
Drama club. The library is hosting Little Sparks Theater on Wednesday, April 22 at 11 a.m. for Big Kid Creative Drama.
The class is an engaging and interactive drama program for kids ages first through third graders.

The Noisy Puddle. Join the library on Wednesday, May 27 at 1 p.m. for a program with Linda Booth Sweeney, author of “The Noisy Puddle”, winner of the Massachusetts Book Awards picture book/early reader category.
Designed for young children and their caregivers, this event blends storytime with hands-on discovery, celebrating the wonder of vernal pools and the living systems they support.
The program will begin in the library with a read-aloud of “The Noisy Puddle”, followed by a conversation with the author.
Families will then be invited upstairs to the Marion Natural History Museum for guided, hands-on exploration.
This program is sponsored by the Mass Book Awards Speakers Bureau and is presented in collaboration with the Massachusetts Center for the Book.
