July events at Rochester Historical Society

ROCHESTER — The Rochester Historical Society will host multiple events in July.

The first event is a members only preview of a new exhibit called "Rochester and the Revolution". 

The exhibit will open on July 15 at 5:30 p.m. after a short introduction and give members a chance to view it.

Around 6:30 the society will host appetizers and punch downstairs.

The Grand Opening of the Exhibit will be July 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

There will also be a pie and cookie sale, music with the Buzzard Bay Buccaneers from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., as well as an exhibit -based scavenger hunt and kids' games with prizes. 

This event is open to all. Both of these events will take place at the museum located at 355 County Road.
