Mattapoisett Land Trust branches out for tree rededication

MATTAPOISETT — The Mattapoisett Land Trust will kick off its 250th Birthday celebrations with a rededication of the Dexter Elm.
On Sunday, June 14 at 1 p.m. there will be a short ceremony with speakers and the unveiling of a new sign commemorating the tree that once stood on the Dexter Mill plot.
Parking is available at the Highway Department.
