A terror-ific Halloween costume contest and parade

MATTAPOISETT — Calling all Hallo-queens and creepy kings to the Mattapoisett Police for a Halloween costume contest and parade Oct. 31 at 6 p.m.
The parade will start at Center School at 17 Barstow and Church Street.
The parade will travel West on Church Street, turn left on Main Street then end on Water Street.
The costume contest will start at 6:45 p.m. at Shipyard Park located at 12 Water Street.
