Applications for Bulldog Pride Alumni Association grant program now open
MATTAPOISETT — The Bulldog Pride Alumni Association is now accepting applications for its 2026-2027 grant cycle that supports initiatives at Old Rochester Regional Junior High School and Old Rochester Regional High School.
The program is open to students, teachers and staff, and the association is looking for proposals that will impact the greatest number of students while enhancing the school’s educational and extracurricular offerings.
Proposals will be evaluated according to the following criteria: enhances student and teacher well-being, fosters school or community relationships, develops creative programs in new areas, enriches curriculum or skill-based education and encourages professional growth.
Applicants may indicate in their application if their proposal is part of a multi-year project. If the first year’s goals are successfully completed, they may apply for an additional grant for the following school year.
The Grants Committee will evaluate future grant applications based on the merits of the completed project.
Last school year, the association granted two $1,800 grants each to applicants from the junior and high school. This year, there will be $3,000 available for grant recipients.
Applications are due by Friday, Nov. 6 before midnight. Grant recipients will be notified no later than Dec. 7.
