MATTAPOISETT — A loose horse was wrangled by the Mattapoisett Police Department and Natural Resources Department Thursday, Dec. 4.
The Mattapoisett police received a report of a loose horse Thursday afternoon. Lt. Justin King and Natural Resource Officer Luke Mello responded to the report.
The horse was found and safely taken into custody to be returned to the owners.
The Mattapoisett Police Department and Natural Resource’s Department were not available for comment at the time.
