Hop into spring at the Elizabeth Taber Library
MARION — The Elizabeth Taber library is hosting multiple events and clubs throughout spring. To learn more go to the library’s website.
Fiber Arts Club. Join the library’s newest club to meet new people, share fiber art project ideas and to work with others.
The club is good for people who like knitting, needlepoint, embroidery and crocheting.
The Fiber Arts Club meets every Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
April vacation events. The library will be hosting multiple events over April vacation.
The library will be hosting the Little Sparks Theater on Wednesday, April 22 at 11 a.m. for Big Kid Creative Drama. This is an engaging and interactive drama program for kids ages 6 to 8-years-old and grades first through third.
On Friday, April 24, the library is running an escape room. Sign up for a timeslot to Escape the Library.

Afternoon tea fundraiser. Tickets are available for the Friends of the Elizabeth Taber Library’s Afternoon Tea Fundraiser.
Performer Sheryl Faye returns in “Liberty and Legacy” as Abigail Adams on April 12 at the Marion Music Hall.
Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. and Tea service starts at 3 p.m. Finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts will be served.
