MATTAPOISETT — The last day of the season to tour Ned’s Point Lighthouse will be Halloween.
Tours will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All participants must be above 48 inches tall, and can’t wear loose clothing including large costumes, dresses and shoes.
Bag and backpacks are prohibited, as well as sandals without a back strap.
All head gear must be removed to climb to the top, and eye sight cannot be restricted.
Anyone wearing a costume will only be allowed on the tour at the lightkeeper’s discretion.
