October book sale at Mattapoisett Library

MATTAPOISETT—Mattapoisett Public Library will host a fall book sale on Oct. 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held in the Library Community Room at 7 Barstow Street. 

“This event is a great opportunity to find gently used books at affordable prices while supporting the library’s valuable programs and activities,” Friends of Mattapoisett Library wrote in a press release.

The library will be accepting book donations Oct. 1-2 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Sale proceeds will benefit the library’s programs, events and resources.
